Once your website has been developed and is properly hosted, it will be working and accessible from anywhere on the world where there is an Internet connection.

Since the delivery of the project to the client, we consider our job finished, not being responsable of any problems due to the hoster (as e-mails, web disponibility, etc.) or the internet service provider (internet connection, etc.), as well as changes, modifications or updates on the web site unless they are a direct consecuence of a DTimagen error while developing the site. In this case, our responsability will be just to fix the problem, not being held responsible of any charge or legal responsability caused by such error.

DTimagen would not be held responsible of the contents and services offered by the client's website, as well as the problems that might be caused by using the site, or the neglectancy due to the website, that will be responsability of the owners of such web site.
